This chapter is about balance ✨ — learning to be present in my journey while continuing to evolve as a paramedic clinician, an aesthetic practitioner, and as a human being.

1️⃣ Over-exfoliating – Too much scrubbing or frequent acid use can strip your skin barrier, causing redness, dryness, and breakouts. Balance is key: 1–2x per week is enough for most skin types.

2️⃣ Skipping SPF – Sunscreen isn’t just for summer. UV rays pe*****te clouds and windows, leading to premature aging, pigmentation, and even skin cancer risk. Daily SPF is non-negotiable.
