Ashford Yoga has some unexpected spaces become available in the Beginners on Wednesday evenings 6- 7:10pm.

I have been teaching for over ten years, and practicing for a lot longer. My classes are first and foremost welcoming and friendly; they can be dynamic, or they can be holding stillness. I like to vary the practice between being alignment based holding and somatic movement, working with what feels nice for you. Like myself, the classes are never too serious, but you will stretch and lengthen, strengthen and breathe, open and relax and occasionally sweat. But most of all, you will reconnect with yourself.

Please email to book in - contact@ashfordyoga.co.uk
I very much look forward to hearing from you.

Namaste
