I look forward to offering you small classes of only 8/9 people allowing for more individual attention.

'Pilates & You! - Kent- Kent' Matwork and standing exercises, (also suitable for the over 50's). Pilates gently targets the deep postural muscles, building strength, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. Also a good way to relieve stress and tension. Medical specialists for those with non-severe back problems especially recommend it.
