A slightly deeper, more immersive evening to rest, reset, and reconnect.

We begin with a small cup of cacao - a warm, natural drink known for its gentle, heart-opening and calming qualities - before moving into a deeply restorative sound bath.

The cacao helps the body soften and settle, allowing you to drop more fully into the sound.

No experience is needed - just come as you are.

🌿 April Sound Baths – A Gentle Return to Balance

As the light returns and spring begins to unfold, this can be a beautiful time to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Sound baths offer a gentle space to rest deeply and allow the nervous system to settle through the soothing vibrations of gong, singing bowls and chimes.

Alongside the regular sessions, there will also be a special Cacao & Sound Bath evening – a 90-minute session beginning with a cup of nourishing ceremonial grade cacao before a deeply immersive sound journey.

Many people find that returning regularly allows the body to release tension layer by layer, creating a deeper sense of calm and balance.

One recent attendee shared:
“My anxiety levels were significantly lower the next day – I felt more relaxed than I have in years.”

As winter slowly loosens its grip and the first signs of spring begin to appear, this is a time of subtle transition rather than sudden movement.

Sound Baths in early spring offer a quiet space to rest, soften, and allow that shift into lighter days to unfold naturally – without pressure, effort, or expectation.
