As you all know I now take payment of your first appointment up front. This has been working really well and thank you to all of you who have understood my reasoning behind this and supporting me.
However, Iām now getting people confirming their appointment and not paying the deposit in a timely manner or not paying at all, despite confirming they will, also not responding to my chaser messages and subsequently no showing for their appointment. (This is probably my fault for not being strict enough and taking on good faith that the appointment will be attended to). So from immediate effect I will require the deposit within 24 hours (if your appointment is over 24 hours away) or immediately at time of booking if your appointment is within 24 hours.
Failure to pay will result in me removing the appointment and opening it up to another patient.
Iām sorry Iām having to do this. But itās getting a little tiresome chasing payments and still having no shows.
I really appreciate all of you who do help me out and help to keep my business running as smoothly as possible. Thank you š¤©
