It’s a pleasure to welcome you to our family run Centre 'The Ashford Back & Wellness Centre' where we offer Chiropractic, Massage Therapy & Homeopathy.

We also have Honeysett counselling operating out of our Centre. The Centre here was formerly known as ChiropracticUK in Ashford where Simon & Rachel purchased it 9th July 2013. Since then we have built up a fantastic team around us including our three receptionists, a Homeopath & a massage therapists. We are now called The Ashford Back & Wellness Centre as we wanted to incorporate not just chiropractic but looking at the body as a whole and showing what massage and nutrition has to offer as well! We love looking after all who came to see us and many of our patients enjoy a nice cup of coffee with a chat as well as their treatment. Why not come & visit...

INTRODUCTORY OFFER - CUPPING TASTER SESSION only £40!

We are pleased to now offer dry cupping available with our thereapeutic massage therapist Annette.

What is dry cupping?

Dry cupping is an ancient therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The cups are left on a specific area on the skin or can be moved across the skin.

How does it work?

The suction pulls the skin and tissue into the cup which increases blood circulation in the area.

It is used to help with back, neck & shoulder pain, headaches, stress, anxiety, arthritis including rheumatoid arthritis, knee pain & hip pain.

Are there any side effects?

Cupping is a low risk therapy. Cupping marks can be visible for up to 7 - 10 days post treatment. Mild discomfort can be experienced during or after treatment.

Cupping should be avoided if you are taking blood thinners or have a bleeding disorder, are pregnant, have a skin condition such as eczema, psoriasis or open wounds.

Our lovely Annette has just completed her training in cupping so is looking forward to introducing it alongside the therapeutic massage she already offers. This will be a fantastic addition to the therapeutic massage and it is a traditional therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create a suction. It is used to promote blood flow, relieve muscle tension, and support overall well-being.
