The PHYSIO team at Podplus have launched a Muscle Strength and Balance course
for fall prevention,
being held at the Julie Rose Stadium, Ashford.
The course aims:
- retain independence
- prevent poor future health
- increase confidence
- maintain strong and stable posture
- reduce the fear and risk of falling

Podplus is offering TWO FREE SPACES for anyone you may feel would benefit from the course, please ask them to get in touch and quote 'msb social'. We do have attendees from Aldington and West Hythe, it is open to all, even those living outside of Ashford.

Have a 121 Assessment with Physio Jordan Haylett and gain a Berg Balance Test Score, and then be able to join the course every Tuesday 1130am.

Normal cost is £45 for the 121, and £10 per session - Podplus keeps you moving
