I am also confused as to why I have a 2 star review because someone couldn’t find me despite me putting on my full address , postcode … map and directions is available on booking confirmation , sat nav and google maps .. my contact number is on my website .. Facebook.. google … I have a sign along my whole shop window yes I am slightly back off milburn road but ppl always find me … but get a 2 star yet I haven’t even delivered the treatment yet !!!! 🙈what else can you do bar write it in the stars 🤷‍♂️does any small business owner have time to call every client who do not turn up to check they are ok .. no we have to put as a no show … rant over haha

Hi everyone just a little post to let you know I have slightly increased my prices but just slightly by £1 and £1.50 for hot stones per treatment this increase only come into effect the last few days so you will only pay what your booking amount is if booked before the change … this is not for extra profit for myself it is merely to cover extra costs I’m facing going forward .. I hope you understand 🙏🏻x

Well already nearly into Feb 2026 🙈.. where does the time go , going into the 4th year of being here in my own little place in little Ashington … looking back on the last couple of years the clients that have entered from not only local areas but also from Poland , New Zealand , Canada , Texas USA , Germany , Bulgaria who are either passing through on holiday , visiting family or now reside here ALWAYS comment on how friendly we are here in the northeast particularly Northumberland .. love hearing that when all you hear is people trying to pull us down I know we are are all THEE BEST , nice to know we are so welcoming xx

Hi everyone just a little note from myself .. if you don’t feel well especially this time of year please cancel your booking if you have one within the given period .. as much as I really do welcome everyone I don’t welcome a virus being flu , colds , sore throats and this week full blown chest infections & 1 with shingles … as I’m a self employed person if I’m off due to sickness then I have no income .. most do cancel but this week I’ve already had to turn away 3 🥲which I really don’t like doing ###

Hi all .. wishing you all a very merry Christmas and hoping you all the best for 2026 , thankyou to everyone who has crossed my door this year once again, I will be spending my time doing well very little hopefully 🤣 I’ve made a start though getting in the festive spirit doing my Christmas flowers even though they are now getting in my way a bit but I struggled through York market ques for them bloody candy canes so they are staying … see you next year ###

Well the last couple of months have been trying .. no actually pretty chaotic if you have visited me in the last couple of months you will indeed know of the road closures on milburn road which was all sorted inconvenient and annoying but I thought well thank god it’s done .. then came the repainting of the double yellow lines outside the shop .. grrrr …. then came scaffolding up around my shop with delightful scaffolders blasting their radio and me hearing their life stories from inside 😩not great when trying to do a massage 😂that’s gone finally but then came the road resurfacing team digging up the road right outside 🤬😂I’m hoping this is the end of the chaos … hopefully fingers crossed a more peaceful 2026 xx apologies to all those who either I’ve had to cancel or reschedule during all this x oh and not to mention the absolute a #%*Hole thinking it was ok to park his whole van outside my door all week so I had a hairline crack to walk through but apart from that 😂

Hi everyone just a heads up if you have an upcoming appointment , my first day back at work today after a holiday and I noticed they have repainted all the double yellow lines in front of the shop and on the opposite side of the road
so no longer able to park outside the door . There is however parking just a little further down 😊
