Last week we had a lovely time celebrating Christmas traditions with some carolling and a festive Christmas Afternoon Tea 🎄☕

As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who has been a part of the Full Circle Food Project community. Whether you’ve joined us at an event, volunteered your time, supported our work, or simply stayed connected, you’ve helped make this year truly meaningful.

We send our warmest wishes to you during this festive season. We hold in our thoughts those in our community who may be finding this time of year challenging or who are experiencing grief, wishing you comfort, strength, and moments of peace.

Looking ahead, we’re excited for another year of growing, learning, and sharing together. We wish you health, happiness, and a fulfilling year ahead, and we can’t wait to welcome you back in 2026 with a jam-packed lineup of events and activities.

We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the incredible team at AkzoNobel who came together to donate boxes of crackers, sweets, and Christmas goodies as well as a very generous £300 toward our Community Christmas Lunch. ❤️

Your kindness, teamwork, and hard work will help make this year’s lunch extra special for so many people in our community. It truly takes a team to make a difference, and you’ve shown just how powerful that can be.

Breakfast with Santa – Important Update!

We’ve had an overwhelming number of applications for Breakfast with Santa, and we’re no longer able to host the event at The Growing Zone.
Thanks to the support of our partners at Hirst Welfare Centre, we’re delighted to announce that children will still be able to see Santa free of charge at this fantastic community venue.

Everyone who successfully booked a place should have received an email this week — please remember to check your junk folder.
If you have not received an email, unfortunately this means we’re unable to offer you a place. We’re fully booked, so we can’t accept any drop-ins or additional guests.

If you have received an email, please reply to confirm your attendance.

We engage with communities through cooking, growing and eating together. We provide learning and volunteer opportunities for those wanting to enter the working environment.

We focus on family nutrition and making small positive changes to a healthier lifestyle. Over the years we have worked in partnership with local organisations and secured funding for multiple projects such as Men's Shed, inter-generational cooking, gardening and family cooking projects.
