⭐️ Fit for the Future defines 3 big shifts - where our systems can support staff and patients for example:

✅ Texting url link to allow people to access vital information about their medicines in their own home - in a way to
best meet their Health Literacy needs.
✅ QR code access for patients, portals in Community Pharmacies, GP surgeries, Hospital waiting area’s to support workflow efficiency and enable patient centred conversations.
✅ Intervening early for “Preventable” medicines relates A&E hospital admissions by patients knowing what to “look out for” and “what to do”.
