Many people living with arthritis or long‑term joint issues say they feel more stiffness, soreness, or general discomfort when the temperature drops or rain is on the way.
What’s interesting is that research is mixed - some studies find a connection between weather changes and joint pain, while others don’t. Yet countless patients insist they can feel a shift in their joints before the forecast even updates.

December can be one of the most wholesome months of the year, but it can also feel particularly challenging when you’re trying to lose weight or maintain healthy habits.
Many people fall into an “all-or-nothing” mindset at this time of year, assuming that healthy habits need to be paused until January.
But with a few realistic adjustments and a more flexible way of thinking, it is possible to enjoy the festive season while still supporting your health and weight goals.
