🤸‍♀️ Meet the Backbone of Better Health Mind & Body CIC! 💜

Every course, it's the same! On day one, the first words spoken to our trainers are almost always, "You must be Natalie!" 😂

We love that this happens! It just goes to show the incredible bond and thorough, friendly registration process our amazing Operations Manager, Natalie, creates with every single intrepid participant before they even step foot into their first session. From phone calls to emails, she is the reason you feel ready and welcomed from the very start.

While our trainers do love meeting you, we understand the slight disappointment when they explain, "No, I'm one of the trainers! Nice to meet you!" 😉

We are entering the PENULTIMATE week (Week 11 of 12!) of our fully funded physical activity course, and looking at this group, we couldn’t be prouder!

This amazing project is brought to the community by Better Health Mind & Body CIC, but we couldn’t do it without the expert support of Phoenix Rising Fitness & Wellbeing. They provide the incredible trainers and coaches who have guided every squat, step, and stretch of this journey.
