✨Silence isn’t always calming for everyone.

For some people, sound helps the body settle more quickly by giving the nervous system something steady to anchor to.

This is why sound-based practices can feel more accessible than traditional silent meditation 💜

✨What a weekend.

This retreat was full of gentle moments, deep rest, creativity, fresh air, laughter and connection.

We shared yoga, sound baths, Angelic Reiki, hypnosis, watercolours, long walks and fireside chats. We ate well, rested deeply and gave ourselves permission to slow down.

Holding space like this is something I never take for granted.

To everyone who came — thank you for your trust, your openness and your energy. You made it what it was.

I’m also incredibly grateful to the people and businesses who supported this weekend and helped us bring it to life.

So proud of what we created together. 💜

✨Join us for another gentle evening of guided meditation and immersive sound — a chance to slow down, reset and simply breathe.

📍 Perry Jones Funeral Services
300 Oldham Road, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL7 9AZ

💷 £15 per person

The evening begins with a fully guided meditation before moving into a calming sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and grounding instruments — creating a peaceful space to rest and reconnect.

⚠️ Sound baths may not be suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, for those with epilepsy, or with certain medical implants (e.g. pacemakers). If you’re unsure, just drop us a message.
