Yesterday we laid to rest the late Ada Mary Campbell, with a personal service held by Jean Clements at Manchester Crematorium which included a lot of memories of Ada's life, a song sung beautifully by her granddaughter, and some of Ada's favourite pieces of music, followed by interment at Southern Cemetery. Despite the weather Ada had a lot of people come to pay their respects.

May you now rest in peace, you're now back with your beloved husband. Reunited again ❤️💜

As the cold weather sets in, many in our community are struggling to stay warm. We are collecting new or gently used gloves and hats to share with people experiencing homelessness.

We are reaching out to the local community who might want to help, even a few pairs can make a real difference.

📍 If you are able to donate then please drop off at our main office at 48 Wellington Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, OL6 6DQ. If we are out of the office then please post through our drop down letter box to the left hand side of our front door. 📫

💙 Together, we can help our neighbors stay safe and warm this winter.

This morning we had a visit from Alan Greaves family who brought us these beautiful flowers, chocolates and a card with lovely meaningful words inside. We are honoured to have been entrusted with the care and funeral arrangements of Ada🙏

⛪️Ada's funeral service will be held on Friday 14th November at 12.30pm at Manchester Crematorium, New Chapel, Barlow Moor Rd, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester M21 7GZ. Followed by interment at 1.45pm at Southern Cemetery⛪️

Everyone is welcome to raise a glass and share their memories of Ada after the service at Northenden Golf Club, Palatine Rd, Northenden, Manchester M22 4FR❤️

Alan passed away peacefully with his family by his side on the 20th October 2025 aged 68.

We are honoured to have been entrusted with the care and funeral arrangements of Alan ❤️

Alan's funeral service will be held on Tuesday 11th November at 12.30pm at Saint John the Evangelist, 155 Kings Rd, Ashton-under-Lyne OL6 8EZ. Followed by interment at 1.30pm at Hurst Cross Cemetery ❤

Yesterday we held a small in house chapel service for the late Peter Wrest, this allowed the people who knew and loved Peter to gather, reflect and say goodbye in a private and personal environment. We have been entrusted with the care and funeral arrangements of the late Marie Angela Penston 🤍

Marie passed away peacefully with her family by her side on the 4th October, aged 57 🤍

We will be having open visits on Tuesday 21st October from 10am-2pm in our chapel of rest, this gives anyone the opportunity to come and see Marie and pay their respects 🤍 Please contact ourselves or Huey with any questions.

Marie's funeral service will take place on Tuesday 28th October at St Peter RC Church, Castle Hall Cl, Stalybridge SK15 2ED at 10.30am, this will be held by Father Paul. We will then go onto Dukinfield Crematorium, Hall Green Road, Dukinfield, SK16 4EP for a service and committal at 12 noon.

Marie's family would like you to join them after the service to raise a drink and continue to share memories of Marie's life at Stamford Golf Club, Huddersfield Road, Stalybridge, SK15 3PY.

Marie's husband and children want to especially thank the Manchester Royal Infirmary Intensive Care Unit, who took extra special care of Marie during her 7 weeks she was there. 🤍
