Hannah Rosborough – Sports, Remedial and Therapeutic Massage Therapy

I qualified as a therapist 12 years ago after discovering first hand the power of soft tissue therapy through receiving a Sports Massage to treat an achilles tendon injury. The change and reduction in pain that first treatment created blew my mind and opened up a whole new path for me. What if I could learn how to create these changes in other people ? Studying anatomy and physiology and sports and remedial bodywork has been the best decision I ever made. It has created a deep understanding and appreciation for how complex and incredible our bodies are, and has taught me to appreciate and nuture my bodies strength and flexiblity. We all place huge demands our bodies, through sport, exercise or occupationally from long hours at a desk. Having the opportunity to work with my clients to deliver a personalised treatment that can reduce pain, unlock muscle tension, improve movement and restore balance is a privilege I will never tire of.

As a keen cyclist, trail runner, yogi, hill walker and gardener myself I understand how injury can sometimes hold us back from enjoying our favourite pastimes. This motivates me to focus my treatments on ensuring clients can safely return to the activities they love as quickly as possible!
