Mandala Mandala
Meaning circle, representing wholeness within our bodies and mind. Spiritual awakening, new Hello, my name is Pamela.

I became an Usui Reiki master several years ago. Initially I used its wonderful healing energy on myself, family, friends and pets. Whilst I found this remarkably enjoyable I developed a thirst for knowledge so decided to broaden my skills by acquiring Fairy Reiki, Angel Reiki and Munay-Ki. I went on to study at college in the evening and qualified as a level 3 Reflexologist and Masseuse. I was working full time throughout, however my true passion lay with ESR (Emotional Stress Relief) so I gave up my management job to concentrate on my therapies, as I have seen and experienced first-hand how my treatments have helped people. What can be more rewarding than that. I want to share my experience and help others feel the stresses and pressures of everyday life fall away, whether it be work, raising children, caring for loved ones, the list is endless. A 60-minute programme is created for each individual, to relax and let the healing energy enter your body. Our bodies have energy channels called meridians running through them and they can get blocked. Reflexology is a great method of unblocking these channels.
