SGPT - Sandra Campbell

Sandra has absolutely smashed it this month! 💪 She’s really found her rhythm and put all her energy into focusing on herself — and the results are showing!

One of the standout things Sandra did this month was come up with a new habit on PHIT Coach called “Vitamin N” — her reminder to say No to the things that could distract her from her goals. 💥 Such a powerful mindset shift and something we can all take inspiration from!

Despite travelling to London each week to help care for her mum, she’s still been making it in for 3–4 sessions a week, showing amazing consistency and dedication. Her strength has gone through the roof lately, and she’s been pushing some seriously impressive weights! 🏋️‍♀️

LGPT - Danielle Mcilroy

A huge shoutout to Danielle, who’s been absolutely smashing it since returning to training after her pregnancy! 🙌 Her consistency, effort, and determination have been incredible to watch.

Since coming back, she’s thrown herself into every session and has been making amazing progress week after week. Not only has she been crushing the Santa Shred Challenge, but she’s also been showing what’s possible when you stay focused and committed — even with everything else life throws your way!

Her energy and positivity light up every session, and she’s become such a motivating presence for everyone around her. Whether it’s pushing herself through those tough workouts or cheering others on, Danielle embodies what PHIT is all about — strength, support, and showing up for yourself. 💪

✨ Meet Marie ✨

At 60 years old, Marie decided it was time to make a change.
She didn’t like what she saw in the mirror, but more importantly, she wanted to take care of her health.

After retiring, she noticed she was getting out of breath just going up and down the stairs, and that was the wake-up call she needed.

That’s when she joined PHIT Academy.

Since joining PHIT Academy, she’s transformed both physically and mentally. 💪

Marie feels stronger, full of energy, and more confident than ever. She never imagined she’d be up at 6:30am heading to the gym — but now she can’t imagine life without it. 🌅

💭 Ever wonder why most beginners don’t see results — even when they’re putting in the effort?

It’s not because you’re lazy. It’s because you’re missing structure, patience, and direction.

1️⃣ No clear plan
Random workouts and random diets lead to random results. You need a plan that connects training, nutrition, and accountability — that’s how progress becomes predictable.

2️⃣ Doing too much too soon
Going from zero to six workouts a week and cutting all carbs might feel good at first… but it’s not sustainable. Start small 3 solid sessions, quality sleep, consistent meals. Build momentum.

3️⃣ Expecting instant results
Real change takes time. Small wins matter. Every week you show up, you get stronger — even when you can’t see it yet. Stop chasing fast results. Chase consistency.

Our tried and tested methods through both nutrition and training have been the solution for so many individuals that value their health. The training we employ is predominantly weight training as this is the ultimate way to get rid of unwanted body fat alongside being in a calorie deficit. Our training is suitable for both men and women of all ages, any shape or size and we give a full education process so that you don’t feel uncomfortable training with weights. Our high success rate is largely down to being selective with who we bring into the academy as we have an awesome community of clients! We also want clients to have a strong enough WHY to adhere to our programme, otherwise you will be wasting your money, time and our energy.
