Happy New Year!
I’m not going to shout out an unrealistic new year, new you post (as those kind of fitness habits are just a fad and rarely stick!) but just a simple thank you to all of you who have come to Pilates classes during 2025 and have booked into the January and February blocks. It’s a pleasure to teach you all and I genuinely love to see the progress and enjoyment you get from the classes.
It’s cold and wintery out there so our first week back will focus on getting our bodies moving again after the busy Christmas period and some nice gentle mobility and reminders of the Pilates basics 🙌🏼💖
