Jennifer Wootton

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jennifer Wootton. Jen passed away peacefully at George Eliot Hospital on 21st February 2026, with her daughter by her side.

Jen was a devoted and loving mum, and a loyal friend to so many. She will always be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and her fiery spirit. Even during the most difficult times, Jen had a remarkable ability to stay positive and bring light to those around her. She cared deeply for the people in her life and would always go above and beyond for those she loved.

A funeral service to honour and celebrate Jen’s life will be held at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton, on Wednesday 18th March 2026 at 10:15am.

After the service, friends and family are warmly invited to continue to celebrate Jen’s life, share memories, and raise a glass in her honour at The Acorn, Camborne Drive, Nuneaton, CV11 6GU.

Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be made to the Mercia MS Centre, a local charity where Jen attended physiotherapy for over 14 years and was a much loved member of the community. Jean Rosemary Dawson
29th October 1936 – 10th February 2026

Jean passed away peacefully at home on 10th February 2026, aged 89 years, surrounded by the love she gave so freely throughout her life.

Beloved and devoted wife of the late Frederick, now reunited with her much-loved husband. A treasured and dearly loved Mum to Wendy, Hilary, Ian and David. Jean was the heart of her family, a constant source of comfort, wisdom and unwavering support. Her home was always open, her kettle always on, and her kindness extended far beyond her own family.

Jean was a faithful and active member of Mancetter Parish for many years, where she formed lasting friendships and gave her time generously. She touched countless lives with her warmth, gentle humour and thoughtful nature, and will be remembered as a true friend to many.

Her love of family, her quiet strength and her caring spirit leave a legacy that will live on in all who knew her. Though our hearts are heavy, we are deeply grateful for the long and beautiful life she lived and for the precious memories she leaves behind.

A funeral service to celebrate Jean’s life will be held on Monday 16th March 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at Heart of England Crematorium.

Family and friends are warmly invited to join us afterwards for a wake to celebrate Jean’s life at The Royal Redgate, Watling Street, Caldecote, Warwickshire, CV10 0RY.

Marjorie leaves behind her cherished family and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

MATTISON - Doreen Elsie
15th January 1944 – 17th February 2026

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doreen on 17th February
2026 at Good Hope Hospital. She was surrounded by the love of her family in the
last precious days of her life.

Doreen was the much-loved wife of the late George, and a proud and loving mum to
Becky, Louise and Dan. She was a cherished Granny to Tom, Harry, Elsie and
Caitlin, a wonderful mother-in-law and a dear friend to many.

Funeral service to be held at Hopwas Methodist Chapel, Hints Road on Wednesday
1 st April 2026 at 11 am, followed by committal at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium.

Everyone is welcome, and Doreen would love for those attending to look smart with
a splash of colour.

It is with deep sadness and much love that we announce the passing of

Graham Stonehouse
Born 7th January 1939
Passed away peacefully on 12th February 2026, aged 87 years, at George Eliot Hospital.

Graham was a devoted and much-loved father to Wayne and a proud father-in-law to Cheryl. A loyal friend, and a true gentleman whose warmth, kindness, and quiet strength touched the lives of many. Graham’s steady presence, ready smile, and thoughtful nature will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Family meant everything to Graham. He took great pride in those he loved and was never happier than when surrounded by them. His guidance, humour, and unwavering support will remain in the hearts of his family forever.

A service to celebrate Graham’s life will be held on Friday 27th March 2026 at 2:45pm at Heart of England Crematorium.

Following the service, the family warmly invites all who knew and loved Graham to join them at The Spread Eagle, High Street, Polesworth, B78 1DX, to share memories, stories, and continue celebrating his life.

In loving memory of Florence who sadly passed away at George Eliot Hospital on 10th February 2026 aged 98 years, much loved and adored Mum to Ritchie, Mother in Law to Anne, Nan to Jade & Jason, Melissa & Leigh and Special Nanny Florence to her Great Grandchildren Sienna, Harrison, Lexi & Mia.

Forever remembered with a smile, Florence will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
