Therapy doesnāt always feel like a progress, sometimes it can feel like untangling everything all at once!
If youever started therapy or counselling and felt like your emotions become more intense, this is often part of the process. In Therapy we begin gently explore thoughts, feelings and patterns that may have been pushed aside for a long time but once felt tangled or confusing can start to come into awareness and from there, into understanding.
Whether you have been working through anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem or relationship challenges, this untangling phase is where change begins.
