Get a gym membership.
Download a sh*tty app to follow the workouts.
And last 2 weeks before falling off again.
The real issue here isnât the gym youâve joined, or the apps workouts.
Itâs you.
I know, Iâm sounding like your ex hereâŠ
But it is you.
You donât believe that having that toned physique youâve dreamed of is possible.
And therefore you just set tiny goals because youâre already half convinced youâll fail.
âI just want to lose a bit of belly fat.â
âIâd be happy fitting my old jeans.â
Youâre limiting yourself before youâve even started.
Even if you have some success, youâll settle for the bare minimum and then crawl back to your comfort zone.

We start with the end in mind and work backwards, doing whatever it takes to get you there.
