F**king dae it, ye sh*tebag.
Thatâs a direct quote from Michael when I asked him what he would say to someone whoâs sitting on the fence about coaching.
And heâs right, you are being a bit of a sh*tebag.
Because why spend your life feeling constantly knackered.
Cutting a few calories here, adding some steps in there but still looking exactly the same.
Feeling like youâre always trying to lose weight but never achieving any progress.
Michaels wake up call came when he was turning 40.
Yours might be when you see a photo of yourself,
Or when you get out of breath tying your shoe lace.
