F**king dae it, ye sh*tebag.

That’s a direct quote from Michael when I asked him what he would say to someone who’s sitting on the fence about coaching.

And he’s right, you are being a bit of a sh*tebag.

Because why spend your life feeling constantly knackered.

Cutting a few calories here, adding some steps in there but still looking exactly the same.

Feeling like you’re always trying to lose weight but never achieving any progress.

Michaels wake up call came when he was turning 40.

Yours might be when you see a photo of yourself,

Or when you get out of breath tying your shoe lace.

But at some point it will come, the question is are you going to do anything about it?

Michael did, and now he’s 36lbs down,

He’s feeling more energetic than ever.

He can “lift his own spirits”, his words not mine.

All because he wasn’t a sh*tebag.

He knew he needed help, and he reached out to get it.

If you’re tired of being tired and out of shape,

The best time to make a change is now.

Drop me a message and get the ball rolling.

2 weeks post photoshoot.

At least I was when I took these pictures.

Scale weight still pretty much the same, so pretty happy with where things are at (despite the lighting not doing me many favours).

This is the point where most people seriously f**k up.

They see their diet as being “over”,

So naturally now that the reigns are off, you go wild.

You stuff your face with all of the foods that you missed out on during your dieting phase.

I know because I did this myself after my first few diets.

In fact I can remember lying on the couch with stomach aches because I ate so much food after my first bodybuilding show.

However, I learned from my past mistakes.

And nowadays I know exactly how to reverse out of a dieting phase, push food up, get stronger than ever before and stay lean along the way.

In fact I’ve nailed this so well that my abs have now been visible for over a year consistently.

To find out more about how you can do the same, head over to my YouTube and watch my most recent video on how to keep fat off for good.

Things I would avoid if I were trying to get shredded this year…

What I wouldn’t avoid is my free photoshoot shred guide (link in my bio) 👀

Summer is just around the corner…

Said every f**king coach on instagram.

They want you in for a quick buck, promising the world in a couple of months or less.

Don’t get me wrong, aggressive fat loss can produce some incredible results.

You only have to look at our ELEV8 program to see that.

But there’s a difference between dropping a bit of fat and building a physique.

And that difference with all else being equal is simply time in the game.

Lisa’s been working with me for over a year and half now.

We started off with an aggressive fat loss phase, followed by a good 12 month period of purely focusing on building her shape.

The results speak for themselves, just look at those abs popping.

With another 5 weeks to go before her shoot, these results are only going to improve.

If you want to look like you lift, it’s going to require more than just an 8 week shred.

But anything worth having doesn’t come easy.

You’ve got to be willing to take the time.

Do the work.

Be consistent.

And be f**king patient.

If you think you can do that then drop me a message and I’ll help you make sure you’re putting all of your effort in the right places.

If I told you that you could get results like this in 10 years, would you take it?

10 years? “Nah, that’s way too long.”

Even 10 months probably sounds too long for you.

But guess what?

You can’t cheat it, there is no shortcut, no matter how impatient you are.

This is my 10-year transformation,

And in that time I’ve trained a minimum of 4 times per week.

That’s 2080+ gym sessions.

I’ve eaten 5 meals per day most days,

That’s 18,000 meals prepped and eaten.

With 200g+ protein per day…

That’s a lot of chickens.

A decade of relentless consistent.

Yet you want these results in a few months.

I mean, I’d love it if I could get you this type of result in a few months.

But I also want to win the lottery, doesn’t mean it’s going to happen.

In my time coaching, impatience and unrealistic expectations are the biggest killers of success.

Some of my best transformations are clients who’ve worked with me for years.

Yet every so often I still get people who think a few months with me will get them a body that took me a decade to build.

So when the novelty wears off and they haven’t gone from slightly overweight to Mr. Olympia in their first 12 weeks, they quit.

Which makes even less sense to me.

Because that time’s going to pass anyway.

So surely you might as well spend each day getting closer to your goal, no matter how long it takes.

Otherwise, each day is a step in the wrong direction, getting further and further from your dream physique.

Just imagine if I’d given up a few months after that first photo?

If you start playing the long game, start thinking in years, not months,

Then your future self will thank you.

Struggle with the weekends?

Yeah so does everyone.

And usually it’s simply down to being out of routine.

Think about it, during the week you’ll eat at set times.

You’ll know what you’re going to eat at those times.

And you goto the gym at a set time.

But at the weekend when you’re not at work, all hell can break loose.

My progress massively improved when I started treating my weekends the exact same way I’d treat a week day.

Regular eating times,

Planned training sessions,

And structure rather than chaos.

Simple really.

Diets over, now what?

This is the part most people get wrong.

It’s not the dieting that’s the problem, even your mum could write a half decent fat loss diet.

But what do you do once you’ve lost the fat?

Head straight to the Chinese and get the dirtiest dish of deep fried heaven you cab imagine?

Eat all of the foods you’ve missed out on while you dieted within the first week?

Ditch MyFitnessPal and start winging it?

You know that sounds daft don’t you?

Yet I bet you’ve done at least one of them before after a diet.

The thing is your ‘diet’ is never over.

You’re always going to eat right?

The thing that changes at the end of a fat loss phase, is just the goal.

The goals no longer to shred fat, it’s to keep it off.

And keeping it off means keeping structure.

It means staying disciplined.

Still eating clean.

But with my clients I help them come out a dieting phase the proper way.

Eat more, have more flexibility, get stronger and build muscle, all while staying lean.

No it’s not magic, it’s not steroids and it’s not some sort of mad industry secret we’ve been keeping from you all.

It’s simply having a plan, accountability and a coach who knows what they’re doing to help you get results that last so that you don’t end up stuck in the cycle of losing the same 5kg over and over again for the rest of your life.

Drop me a message if you want to shred fat, and keep it off.

Motivation dips are normal.

At the start the fat comes off quickly.

You see big changes on the scales.

But then they start to slow down.

After weeks of dieting you’re hungry.

Energy is low.

Your strength is regressing.

And you feel like giving up.

You’re questioning the process.

Is this even worth it?

The finish line feels so far away, and it feels like you’re moving at a snail’s pace.

This is the exact point that most people give up.

And as a result you end up stuck in that never-ending cycle of losing the same 5kg over and over again.

Never looking any different.

But some people don’t give up.

Instead of giving into low motivation, they fight it.

They keep going when times get tough.

Day by day, one step at a time.

And slowly but surely things start to come together.

Abs start to pop.

Definition like you’ve never seen before.

Your physique suddenly looks 10x better than even just a few weeks ago.

Now you’ve achieved the goal.

Maintaining a lean physique comes with ease, because you’ve put in the groundwork and done the hard stuff.

The difference between success and failure isn’t down to genetics or good luck.

It’s just keeping going when motivation drops.

When you’re tired, hungry, and want to give up that’s when transformation happens.

The question is which person are you going to be?

The secret to getting abs fast?

There is no secret, not as far as I’m concerned anyway.

Mainly because I’m not one of those cowboy coaches who’s going to try and sell you some illegal substances.

But the truth is, assuming you’re doing things naturally, there is no substitute for hard work and patience.

Which is a tough pill to swallow when you want results yesterday.

As the saying goes, nothing worth having comes easy.

And having abs wouldn’t feel like such an accomplishment if everyone had them, right?

If you want something most people don’t have, you’re going to have to do things most people aren’t willing to do.

Stick to your diet.
Train hard.
Do your steps and cardio.
And most importantly, do it day in, day out.

Not for days, not for weeks, but you’ll likely need at least 3 months (or more) of consistency depending on your starting point.

That’s the bit most people just aren’t willing to do.

Anyone can stick to a plan for a week.

But takes dedication to start a shred and actually see it through.

That time’s going to pass anyway.

And you can spend it doing the same old things getting the same old (lack of) results.

Or you can spend it finally getting the abs you’ve been talking about for years.

The time has come to stop looking for shortcuts.

And start just doing the f**king work.

If only it was that easy.

Diet for 6 days of the week, then eat whatever you fancy on the 7th day and still lose body fat.

Maybe in some sort of alternate universe that is the case, but here on planet earth that’s not how it works.

Cheat days may be fun, but they could seriously be holding back your progress when it comes to getting shredded.

Bulking doesn’t have to mean getting fat.

Yet this is exactly where most guys go wrong.

You use being on a ‘bulk’ to eat as much sh*t as possible.

Chippy, Chinese, Indian, it doesn’t matter, it’s all in the name of bulking right?

So you watch the scales going up and up.

Desperately trying to convince yourself it’s all muscle.

Until one day you catch yourself in the mirror coming out of the shower,

Then you realise something…

Muscle doesn’t jiggle, fat does.

Reality hits you, you haven’t in fact gained 15kg of lean body mass.

You’ve just gained 14.8kg of fat, that you’re going to have to lose again.

Making the dieting phase much more gruelling and longer than it needs to be.

By time you finish dieting you’re so fed up of it, that it sends you on another spiral back into a dirty bulk, and the cycle continues.

Bodyweight goes up and down like a yo-yo and you never seem to actually gain much muscle.

Luckily there is another way…

Yes my clients still eat a lot more food when they’re bulking,

Yes they all get a hell of a lot stronger.

But because we do things the right way, they manage to do so with minimal fat gain.

And likely less chance of getting diabetes too.

I know what you’re thinking…”how do you do it Conor? Please tell me the secret.”

Well there is no secret sauce or secret steroids.

But there is a free guide to lean bulking that you can download, all you have to do is send me a DM with the word ‘BULK’ and I will forward you a copy of my step by step bulking guide.
