I’ve had a few people reach out recently saying the same thing - so let’s break it down 🤎

Here’s how to choose between my three core treatments 👇

• Feel emotionally heavy or energetically drained
• Are carrying stress, grief, anxiety or burnout
• Feel “off”, disconnected, or not quite yourself
• Want deep healing without needing to talk much
Reiki works beneath the surface — calming your nervous system, clearing emotional weight, and helping your body remember how to rest.

🤍 Book Light Touch ASMR if you:
• Feel overstimulated, wired, or touch-starved
• Struggle to relax even when you lie down
• Love gentle sensory experiences
• Want your mind to go quiet fast
This is deeply soothing, grounding, and almost hypnotic — perfect if your body needs to feel safe before it can soften.

🌿 Book Rest + Reset if you:
• Don’t know what you need, just that you’re exhausted
• Feel stuck in survival mode
• Have had a lot happen recently and need a full reset
• Want both nervous system support and emotional clarity
This is the most comprehensive session — gentle conversation, grounding, Reiki, and intuitive guidance woven together.
