T&C UPDATE - CANCELLATION POLICY 📣
As a small business, it’s essential to have clear policies in place to manage time fairly and ensure everything runs smoothly.
These updates make sure my time is optimised so that I can continue to be here for my loyal clients and wider community when they need me most. 🙌🏻
🗓️ More than 7 days from the time of appointment
You can reschedule at no additional cost, provided the new booking is arranged within four (4) weeks (28 days) of the original appointment date.
If a new appointment is not scheduled within this period, the original booking will be deemed cancelled, and all payments made will be forfeited in full, with no entitlement to a refund or further credit.
⏰ Less than 24 hours from the time of appointment
100% non-refundable with no option to use against a future booking.
💫 Hold option
If you wish to “hold”, this will be honoured for 4 weeks as a credit note from the date of booking.
If not redeemed within this time, you will be required to rebook and pay the full cost of a new appointment.
