Balanced Reflexions Reflexologist Hi, I'm Heidi! I'm a clinical reflexologist based in Austrey, near Atherstone in Warwickshire.

I offer the full range of reflexology treatments, using touch and pressure points on the hands, feet and face to relieve tension and treat illnesses. I work holistically with my clients, and can use reflexology techniques alongside existing healthcare to promote better health and faster healing. I have a Level 5 Mastership in Clinical Reflexology, having been trained by one of the country's leading reflexologists - David Wayte. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists, and am fully insured. I tailor all of my treatments to you - finding out exactly the best way to treat your conditions and what will work with your body and mind.

I wish to thank all my clients over the past eight years for all your support. I have met some wonderful people during this time.
Sadly I am closing my treatment room due to a change in circumstances but am looking forward to my next chapter.
