Travel Update – Please Allow Extra Time

We’ve been advised that roads around Axminster are currently extremely busy, with significant delays and long tailbacks expected.

If you have an appointment with us, please allow extra time for your journey. We will do our very best to see you as scheduled; however, if delays are too lengthy, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day.

Below is some helpful information regarding meningitis.

MenB vaccination is only available up to the age of 2, but you can access it privately through some high street pharmacies, private GP providers and travel clinics. If you were born after 1 May 2015 it will have been included in your routine immunisations. If you were born before 1 May 2015, there is no NHS catch up programme for the MenB vaccine.

Men ACWY is usually given in school but if teenagers have missed it they can have it with us before the age of 25.

The van is back! Please stop parking in our pick up/drop off zone. This is private property and you are once again blocking access for our patients.

Can whoever owns this van move it please, it’s been parked in the surgery pick up/drop off point since at least first thing this morning which is restricting the availability for our disabled patients to be dropped off. This is NOT a parking space. Thank you
