📣 Holiday Posture Check! 🎁

Heading into the festive season — gifts, gatherings, and travel — your back, neck, and shoulders might be working overtime! 🎅

Take 30 seconds to reset your posture with this quick stretch you can do anywhere — while wrapping presents, cooking, or even at a holiday party:

✨ 30-Second Standing Stretch:
1️⃣ Stand tall, feet shoulder-width apart.
2️⃣ Roll your shoulders back and down 3–5 times.
3️⃣ Interlace your fingers behind your back, gently open your chest, and lift your chin slightly.
4️⃣ Hold for 15–20 seconds and take deep breaths.

💡 Pro tip: Repeat this every hour to keep your spine happy and tension-free all season long!

Your body will thank you — and so will your posture! 🙌

Try these 3 chiropractor-approved movements to support healthy elbows:

1️⃣ Wrist Extensor Stretch – Extend your arm straight, gently pull your fingers back with the other hand to stretch the top of your forearm.
2️⃣ Wrist Flexor Stretch – Same setup, but this time pull your palm downward to stretch the underside of your forearm.
3️⃣ Grip Strength Exercise – Squeeze a soft ball or rolled towel for 5–10 seconds, repeat 10x to build forearm stability.
