With the recent stormy weather keeping us indoors, there’s been no shortage of smiles and laughter here at Silverleigh 🌧️

We’ve been keeping ourselves busy with card games, guessing famous faces while reminiscing about wonderful memories, and treating some of our ladies to a relaxing manicure 💅✨

A little fun, a lot of conversation, and plenty of care make even the stormiest days brighter.

Our quiet sensory areas offer a calm, relaxing environment for residents to unwind and feel at ease. One of our most popular sensory activities is Tovertafel, which helps promote relaxation, comfort, and wellbeing. 💙

We were delighted to welcome the carol singers from St Mary’s Catholic Church, Axminster, who came to sing for our residents and truly lifted everyone’s spirits.

Their beautiful voices, festive cheer, and joyful presence filled our home with Christmas magic🎄. Our residents loved singing along, smiling, and soaking up the wonderful atmosphere.

A huge thank you to the carol singers for taking the time to bring such happiness and warmth to our community – it meant so much to everyone. 🌟
