A wonderful Review ❤️

I have been seeing Jo for a number of years, probably 6/7 years from when she was first recommended by my daughter and now son in law and she came to give a wonderful relaxing massage to my Mother who was in her late 90’s. Jo continued to adapt her massage to coincide with my Mother’s increasing frailty, always showing amazing respect and kindness.
During this time she started to offer me treatment, both massage and reflexology again adapting her treatments to meet my physical needs. I required treatment following a hip replacement, polymyalgia and the general stress and physical demands of caring for my Mother.
Jo has continued to offer me regular treatments since my Mother died apart from when Covid restrictions wouldn’t permit. She has offered me treatments at home and now at her wonderfully relaxing treatment room.
Jo has developed her treatments through going on regular courses and through her own research. She is very holistic in her approach and is amazingly intuitive about what one’s body needs and has supported me through some complex physical and emotional periods.
I would recommend Jo’s holistic treatments to anyone and some of my friends have benefited from her wonderful ‘healing hands’ too.

I’m Jo , a massage therapist . Trained in Thailand back 2016 , learnt the amazing art of Thai yoga massage . I fell in love with massage and healing the body over 10 years ago , I had a big shift in my life , changed careers and found massage therapy , which has been my therapy as well .
My vocation in life to help people feel more balanced and ease your symptoms of pain with reflexology , lymphatic Drainage , deep massage , hot stone therapy , and more . Helping to relieve sciatica pain , planter fasciitis, digestive issues , headaches , neck and shoulder tension . Working on the body as well as the mind and soul ❤️
