New venue!! Excited to announce that from 3 July massage treatments will be available at my new treatment studio at Pitchcott Farm near Whitchurch/Aylesbury.
I will still be at Elite Physical Medicine on Mondays and Tuesdays then Wednesday to Friday (Friday appointments until 1pm) I will be at Pitchcott Farm.

Marathon Eryri completed! What a fantastic event! Brutally challenging, particularly the last hill at Bwylch-y-Groes (or commonly known as heartbreak hill amongst runners) but absolutely worth the effort. Spectacular scenery. Great support along the way too.
A big thank you for all the encouragement from family, friends and clients.
Thank you to my colleagues Tom Stainer and Emma Hurst at Elite Physical Medicine - Tom for helping me get prepared with a tailored strength and conditioning programme and to Emma for getting me back on track quickly after a fall during training when I sustained a hamstring strain.
Thank you to Paula Robinson of Sweet Spot Triathlon Training for a personalised run programme. Paula is such an encouraging and motivational individual. I found having a programme to follow and someone to be accountable to was of great help.
Now time for a little rest and recovery x

Really excited to be supporting the Run For The Sky Buckingham 10k on Sunday 15 October. Nicolette will be providing free 15 minute sports massages in the registration area in the Town Hall after the race. The race is now fully booked! Look forward to seeing you there!
