Last Thursday we launched our spring/summer menu with a fabulous spread designed by our Head Chef Jinfu and Hospitality Manager Cristina.

The menu tasting included some savoury and sweet items as well as some of our new summer drinks to promote hydration.

All in all a very successful event. A special thank you to our residents who helped inspire our new menu by giving Jinfu feedback of what they wanted to see.

A firm favourite was our bbq marinated chicken and our blueberry mint smoothie!

Today we’re celebrating Courtney, one of our amazing Care Assistants, for successfully achieving her NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. She has worked incredibly hard throughout her studies, and this accomplishment is truly well‑deserved.

There was plenty of lively conversation, light‑hearted competitiveness, and wonderful connection. And of course, we enjoyed some delicious treats from our Chef.
