We’re looking for a Customer Relations Manager to join our growing team, supporting two of our key care homes in Aylesbury.
In this vital role, you’ll be the friendly, professional face of Westgate Healthcare, guiding prospective residents and their families through every step of their journey, from enquiry to move-in. You’ll take the lead in generating, managing, and converting enquiries to help our homes maintain strong occupancy levels, all while creating a warm and welcoming experience.
Working closely with the Home Managers, Group Sales Manager, and Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition for new residents and promoting a positive, fulfilling lifestyle within our homes.
We’re looking for someone who combines excellent customer service and sales skills with genuine care and compassion, someone who can deliver results while making every family feel truly supported.
