My first retreat at Tring Grange Farm, and what a special day it was. A full, nourishing experience that wove together movement, stillness, and connection, finished with a beautiful three-course meal, forest bathing, and a deeply settling sound bath courtesy of Shon Ross of Inneflow Reiki and Sound Therapy

There’s something incredibly grounding about stepping out of everyday pace and into nature, shared food, and intentional rest.

Reflecting on our Infinite Health Series for total emotional freedom. Truly a year of deep, steady practice 🌿

Last year we hosted 8 Tai Chi, Qi Gong & meditation retreats, each one rooted in calm and genuine skill-building. It was a privilege to co-teach alongside Kim Farmer, a highly respected Wu Dang short form expert, whose teaching brings clarity, precision, and profound depth to the practice. Charis Wright

These retreats were about cultivating health slowly and intelligently: strengthening the body, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting people with sustainable, lifelong movement.

A series built on integrity, lineage, and real wellbeing. Quiet work. Lasting impact.

A recent charity night for Venezuelans in need, and a powerful reminder of what community can do ❤️ We are Hope for Venezuela!

We danced, we laughed, we held a raffle, and we celebrated together...not to forget the challenges people are facing, but to meet them with solidarity, joy, and action. Music and movement became a way of bringing people together, raising funds, and creating real support where it’s needed most.
