In my latest blog I talk about lessons and tips for managing a horse with complex health needs, and how helped my horse.

The reason it helped so much was that Addresses physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances simultaneously.

For him this meant:
- improvement in soundness and back pain from extremely tight muscles and fascia
- Helped him release tension in his whole body, which then allowed him to move more comfortably and be happy to have a rider on his back, having shown clear signs of pain previously
- Helped his anxiety and enabled him to find relaxation so his body was able to heal
- Helped release endorphins (natural painkillers) - at the end of a session he would be full of beans and energy!

What a special day of connection, clarity and sunshine, with a dose of the magick of this amazing crystal cave and beautiful surroundings. When two energy healers are together the energy felt can really be amplified, and we both felt this in the cave - as beautiful as it was, it was also a reminder for us to check-in with ourselves to ensure we protect our own energy, as crystals are powerful energy absorbers and absorb the energy of the many people who visit each day.

The amplified energy we felt together reminded me of how the energy amplifies when I work with a horse and their owner/guardian together in joint sessions, and also how beautiful it is to share experiences with someone else too, and to learn from and support each other, as horses and their humans also do ā˜ŗļøā¤ļø

This weekend was all about horses, self-healing, CPD, and giving supported by my cat who loves to join in when Iā€™m giving energy healing in-person, or distance sessions of healing and šŸ„°

Excited to have finished the Shamanic healing intro course and to continue my training in this amazing modality of which I can use alongside and as well as with horse owners/guardians.

Loved attending a beautiful sound bath with and also spending some time with my best šŸ“ boy. Seeing his delight when 15 lickable buckets were in front of him šŸ˜‚

On my recent trip to Sri Lanka I was drawn to many spiritually energetic power spots and laying my hands or just being in the presence of such powerful energy felt so healing and revitalising for me. I felt the energy lift mine. all need to make sure we recharge and the magick of nature here really helped me do that. I also received many downloads of insights whilst there, and it reminded me to always look for the signs, as the universe and our guides are always sending us messages in different ways to support our soul paths.

Healers and empaths all have unique gifts, and way before I trained in , quantum touch or I knew mine was linked to my hands. Iā€™d always feel intense energy through my hands when doing yoga. Years later it all makes sense! Although I am now delving into too, for me my unique power will always come back to my ā€˜healing handsā€™.

Yesterday was all about being intuitively guided and going with the healing flow! An inpromtu session led to some BIG releases, and a joint session with my lovely client and her horse where I gave them both and then he held space with me to allow his human to receive healing as he supported me, just magickal! Sessions with the Horse and their human are so special and so powerful, and brings such joy seeing their bond reflected so beautifully! ā¤ļøā€šŸ©¹šŸ„°šŸ„¹

Horses as mirrors šŸŖž

Iā€™ve wrote about this before, and how one of the incredible ways horses are amazing teachers for us is by mirroring whatā€™s going on inside us back to us. Sometimes itā€™s obvious, sometimes itā€™s subtle and sometimes they read your energy before you even had an inclination of whatā€™s going on with yourself! Never underestimate the power of this spiritual and extremely sensitive animal!

Yesterday Paddyā€™s energy was low and he wanted to plod along on our ride; I thought I felt fine (having felt on n off ill the last few days) but as soon as I got home I felt wiped out and needed to rest. Paddy felt this in me before I even felt it myself.

We are so energetically linked to the special animals in our lives it really is magical!

Thatā€™s why more and more Iā€™m drawn to giving to both the horse and their guardian/rider. Healing together is both powerful and special šŸ„°

Choosing professionals and therapies for your horseā€¦
Not every therapy/modality is right for every horse (at any particular time), and the same goes for the therapist. Horses are individuals just like people and all animals. If a therapy, schedule, or recommendation doesnā€™t sit right with you, your gut may be telling you itā€™s not right for your horse. Energy doesnā€™t lie and you feel when itā€™s not the right fit for you both.

When I got my horse, he had various emotional and physical health challenges that needed on-going managing - from discomfort from old injuries (DDFT, broken pelvis), chronic illness (equine asthma) and being depressed and shut down from not being heard by humans in the past. He responded much better to energy healing therapies than some conventional therapies; other horses may be the opposite and every scenario is different. , and acupuncture worked well for him - as a whole body holistic approach to keeping him comfortable physically, and more balanced mentally & emotionally. His enjoyment and releases during the sessions were lovely to see, as well as his on-going progress. seeing how much these therapies helped him led me to where I am now! (More on that in my next blog).

The year of the Fire Horse!!

The horse teaches us to be in the present and I feel this most (other than with horses) when in nature. Nature also reminds me to be grateful, especially for sunshine at the moment. We are all grateful when we donā€™t have something all of the time (at the moment the sun!). But the key is to be grateful for where you are and what and who is in your life all of the time.

The more grateful we are, the more we raise our vibration and attract more abundance and miracles into our lives! āœØ

If you struggle to be happy and grateful with where you are or donā€™t feel deserving of a happy life then reiki energy healing can help you let go of stuck energy and clear emotional blocks to allow you to feel worthy, which then allows more happiness and joy to come through - to help you be the best version of you and to live in the present.

Healing is a never ending journey, it is both challenging and rewarding - gift yourself (as well as your horse) the gift of on-going healing through
