Are you all enjoying your weekend?

What have you been up to?

We are enjoying some wind and cooler air today. The past couple of days I did feel like my energy was zapped and I found it difficult to breathe. I usually love the heat.. maybe i am getting older. 🤣

We have brought a brand peanut butter that we are not a fan of, so it calls for some baking recipes. I have made these 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies.
Not healthy, but yummy and also gluten free.

Spent some quality time with the hubby this morning.
When having 3 children, time together as a couple can get very rare and is often not a priority.

Over time we have started to recognise when it's needed though and try to make sure we fit it in when we can.

Lovely walk along the canal. Very peaceful. 🥰

Good morning everyone and happy Monday.

What are your plans this week?
I need to keep myself busy, especially in the evenings. My first born is going on his first ever residential trip today and all week. We are a very close family and do everything together. Even if I have to go to Germany without all of them, I won't stay more than 3 days, as we don't like being apart. Ironic, since hubby and I used to live in 2 different countries. 😅
