Today on my mind is part three of the arm.
Golfers Elbow, pain on the inside of the elbow. this is again a tendinitis, an inflammation of the tendon at the elbow, and a forearm muscle on the underside that helps with bending the arm. This type of injury usually occurs when playing golf but not always, it is the repetition actions that cause the inflammation. Take a few minutes to flex your elbow before you begin to play the particular sport to warm up the elbow. To help relive the pain, an acronym for you
Rest - to prevent further injury
Ice - not too cold, cool not freeze.
Compress the area so that any swelling is minimised, under the elbow and around the forearm, this restricts movement to allow to heal.
Elevate the injury
Diagnosis By a qualified practitioner. Easier to know how to help if You understand the damage that has occurred..
strapping. can help, below the elbow, not too tight as blood still needs to circulate.
Massage will help ease the discomfort,
