Reflexology
The feet form a mini-map of your body which means that Reflexology can access all body systems allowing me to treat the body as a whole. Using a mixture of massage and pressure on areas of the feet, I will work to disperse tension and crystalline deposits which can form in the feet when your body is out of balance. The treatment is extremely relaxing and may provide relief from a variety of illnesses, stresses and strains. Conditions treated effectively by Reflexology include (but are in no way limited to);

This wonderfully relaxing seated therapy is an ancient form of massage that dates back many thousands of years. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. Hopi Ear Candling, or Thermo Auricular Therapy as it is also known, can be used to treat many conditions of the ear, nose and throat area. It is a relaxing and non-invasive treatment. The candles are made from the finest premium quality ingredients sourced from certified organic producers. They are traditionally made using ancient Hopi Indian techniques using high quality pesticide-free untreated cotton, Pure Bee's Wax, Honey Extract, Pure Essential Oils and Premium Organic Linen. The candles are hollow which allows them to work by vapourising their ingredients once lit, causing convectional air flow towards the first chamber of the ear. The candle creates a mild suction which lets the vapours gently massage the eardrum and auditory canal. Once the candle is placed in the ear it forms a seal which enables wax and other impurities to be drawn out of the ear. Many conditions can be treated including;
