Our Community Engagement Manager, Nathan, who has been officially recognised by the Alzheimer’s Society for creating 1,000 Dementia Friends over the last 10 years, runs the workshops 🥳

This month is men's mental health awareness month, so we'll be raising awareness of the need for men to talk more, to open up and share their thoughts and feelings with others.

Male su***des account for approximately three-quarters of all su***des in the UK. 6,507 people died by su***de last year. Su***de is the biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK 😔
