This Sunday I'm at Dalmellington Community centre for the Holistic Wellbeing Day. There will be some great wellness stalls (including my own Transcend Bath and Body Products). You can also book in for one of the many Holistic therapy taster treatments on offer. I will be offering a taster treatment on facial massage using Ice Globe therapy, a lovely opportunity for you to try something different. It's super relaxing and amazingly good for the skin.😀

Gua Sha is having a bit of a moment just now. It's basically an ancient Chinese massage technique that's been around for centuries but facial massage using gua sha tools is very much in vogue right now. So why would anyone choose to use quartz or jade stones to scrape their face ? Well basically because it feels good and has some amazing therapeutic benefits. The gentle pressure helps to move lymphatic fluid that can cause puffiness, increases circulation and relaxes tight facial muscles. Regular use can help to define jawline, reduce puffiness under the eyes, release jaw tension and give skin a natural glow. 💚

REFLEXOLOGY WEEK 👣👣

REFLEXOLOGY week takes place every September when as therapists we are encouraged to spread the word about the benefits of this amazing treatment.

To celebrate Reflexology week this year we are offering a free 20 minute taster session when you book any other treatment. This can be alongside a facial treatment, back massage, reiki etc. This is a great opportunity to try out this amazing holistic treatment if you haven't already done so.

Alternatively if you want to book the normal Reflexology treatment there is currently £10 off. So a 45 minute treatment is £20 instead of £30.
