Well done to our walking football team playing against Ayr United Football Academy walking team this morning.

Our Mindful Monday members had a fantastic time at their Christmas day out this week! 🎄✨

We started the day with bowling at The Garage, Kilmarnock, followed by a delicious buffet lunch at Beijing Banquet, lots of laughs, good food, and great company all around.

We’re looking forward to meeting again this Monday for some festive fun as we wrap up our 2025 session. 🎁❤️
