You are invited to come along and try the Whitletts activity center gym for free, the open week will run between Monday the 9th and Sunday 15th of February. If you are intrested in becoming more active, trying something new or fancy a change of scenery please come along and give it a go.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿The Community Corner Celebrates Burns Night🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating Burns Night, we emjoyex a traditional burns supper of haggis, tatties & neeps, scotch broth, mince and tatties, along with other Scottish favourites.

Thank you to everyone who came along to celebrate with us, it was lovely to share the occasion together.

Weather is looking good tomorrow again, great day for a Wednesday leisurely walk.

We will be meeting at our community hub in Glenmuir Place 10:30am. Come along and join us meet new people, socialise and become more active. To top it off we finish up with some hot and cold food and refreshments at our community corner group 🔴⚫️!!

We have launched a new parent a child after school group starting tomorrow in collaboration with active schools. The group will offer fun sports activities and arts and crafts and will run from 3:30pm-5pm.

What a great morning to kick start 2026. Big thank you to everyone who came along to SC Designs NVP, braved the cold and took part in our walking football session. We combined forces with the health and wellbeing team Ayrshire Active Schools to take on Red January. Massive thank you to Rory Tait for helping to organise the event.

If anyone is intrested in coming along to any of our community groups, please drop us a message. It's a great opportunity to socialise, meet new people and become more active together 🔴⚫.

❤️ Kicking Off Red January! ❤️

The Health and Wellbeing Team will be joining forces with Vics in the Community to launch this year’s Red January campaign with a walking football session! ⚽🚶‍♂️

This session will be open to all adults and will be a brilliant way to kick-start January with some fun, relaxed activity. It won’t just be about getting moving — it will also be a great opportunity to socialise, meet new people, and find out everything that Whitletts Vics In The Community will have on offer throughout the year.
