Job Opportunity in Ayrshire
Inspired Independent living are a care at home service who support young adults with Autism and learning difficulties / disabilities. The care packages are delivered in the persons own home over a 24-hr period 365 days a year.
Our main priority for this job role is to find support workers who have the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own.
As this young man has complex support needs, we require you to have experience of working in the care field. You will have a driving license and be able to support him to take part in in a wide range of activity within and out with the home. You should have the ability to help him participate in physical activity such as walking and swimming.
You will also be required to support his health and wellbeing and update his person-centred plan when required.
We attempt to accommodate rotas that allow for a good work / home life balance. You will be paid a competitive hourly rate, and You will receive pro-rata annual leave throughout the year. You will have the opportunity to continue to develop your knowledge via training and support from a team leader and manager.
