When everything is too much — come to the floor, your bed or your mat.
Hips to heels. Arms overhead with the palms of the hands facing down. Forehead resting. Eyes closed.
Breathe into your stomach. Let yourself be heavy. Let the floor hold what you’ve been carrying.
This is the reset button.
It takes two minutes and costs nothing.
You’re allowed to stop, and breathe 🧘🏻♀️
