It was a beautiful circle with radiating, uplifting and connected energy within and throughout the participants. Fab feedback and messages for attendees so spirit was there to support the rest, reset and receiving of gifts. If anyone feels the call for a 121 appointment just DM and we’ll make a plan. What can I say about last nights Soundbath but it was amazing. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, so a huge thank you to Catherine for doing it for us. The feedback was brilliant. We look forward to seeing you in the New Year Catherine. This Sunday the 14th is our Candle Service, a service to remember and celebrate all of those who are no longer physically with us. This is the last service of 2025 and everyone is invited along, Isobel and Nikki have worked very hard to put it all together. There is a sit down tea afterwards. We would love to see you there. We start at 6pm, doors open at 5pm. Everyone is welcome xx

Sensitive yet necessary conversations we need to have about death and dying, it’s the one certainty in life! What is a good death and who in the end decides? We should all have the death we want but is that the same for everyone? I’ve had two significant deaths affect me. My brother and my Dad. They both died under very different circumstances and the treatment they received was also very different. Both experiences leave the living and loved ones with questions about a level of care, a duty of care and of course dignity. I’m sure all of this will be discussed on the evening. Who wants to attend it with me?

I’ve been a dedicated listener and dancer this last wee while ensuring that I have the right mix of tunes…..so much so I’ve got 6 playlists 🤣 about 12 hours worth of tunes.

It’s really hard choosing between them because they’re all different flavours but I think I’m certain the one I’m going to begin with. I’m so excited to see you all tomorrow and just pure dance! 💃🏽♾️🕺🧡
