We were delighted to welcome Paul from Fitbaw into our home for an energetic and enjoyable session that had everyone smiling and getting involved 😊💛

A big congratulations to Margaret, who was crowned “Player of the Match” for her fantastic effort - especially impressive considering she wasn’t too sure about joining in at first! 🌟👏

She absolutely shone, and her enthusiasm ended up inspiring the whole group 🥰⚽

☕🌸 Sensory Tea-Themed Activity at Greenan Manor 🌸☕

Our residents enjoyed a lovely therapeutic sensory session themed around all things tea, bringing together relaxation, reminiscence and gentle cognitive stimulation 💛✨

The activity sparked wonderful conversations as residents shared memories of tea parties, fine china, and favourite local cafés, creating a warm sense of connection and nostalgia 🥰🍰

We also explored the history and origins of tea, different tea varieties and traditional teaware, before engaging the senses through smelling aromatic Indian teas 🌿☕

To round off the session, residents took part in a light‑hearted tea quiz accompanied by short poems - a calm and enjoyable way to learn, chat and engage together 📖💬

A beautifully soothing and meaningful activity enjoyed by all 🌟

Rory’s visit was filled with gentle cuddles, friendly pats and heart‑warming moments, creating a calm and uplifting atmosphere throughout the home ✨💛

😋 Taste Test Challenge - Week 2 at Greenan Manor! 🥔✨

It was Salt and Vinegar Crisps week in our Taste Test Challenge, and there were plenty of opinions, smiles and laughs all round!

So far, Julie is in the lead - well done, Julie!
The challenge was led by Joe, keeping everyone entertained and involved 😊🙌

And the fun doesn’t stop there… next week it’s Cola, led by Chef Grant - we can’t wait! 🥤✨

It’s all about sharing laughs, trying new things and enjoying time together 💙🏡
