Hello dancers,

We would love to welcome you into the space for the next Ecstatic Dance.

Ecstatic Dance invites us to explore connection—to self and to others—through the playfulness and freedom of expressive movement.

Lara will open the session with somatic practices to help you settle your inner and outer space and prepare you for embodied exploration, before flowing into a freeform unguided dance.

We then complete the journey with a restorative sound bath, to help integrate the experience and support a grounded return to self.

A wonderful charity I volunteered with ✨❤️

It was a busy afternoon for staff and trustees in the Bfriend office on Wednesday as we prepared these amazing hampers which we deliver to our families in South Ayrshire.

January can certainly be a tough time of the year and so we hope that these hampers make the beginning of 2026 even just a little brighter.

We couldn't do this without the help of our friends at Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce and Voluntary Action South Ayrshire 🙏🙏🙏
