Another week where life just happens. This week Rebels not been the best bless him. He’s still very chesty and just not himself.
Thank you all for being so understanding about our storybook session on Wednesday

Because I’ve been away from the socials, this affects the silly way Facebook works about how others see my page and know about my group. I do run mainly on word of mouth and you lovely parents that pop along to the groups and then tell others, however if you could spare a like/share for this post I’d be greatly appreciative.

Monday the 8th & 15th
Tuesday the 9th & 16th
10am & 12:30pm sessions

These sessions will include a cosy Christmas theme massage, keepsake crafts, photo opportunities and more. These will be £20 for the hour session with everything you need provided for you. Little ones will also receive a gift bag from santas little elf ☺️

☃️❄️Storybook Massage & Play Specials ❄️☃️
Wednesday 10th & 17th
10am & 12:30pm sessions
10am sessions are sitting to crawling
12:30pm sessions are crawling to 2yrs
These sessions will include a full story massage, keepsake crafts, photo opportunities and more. These will be £15 for the hour session with everything you need provided for you. Little ones will also receive a little gift bag too 🤶

🍪🥛Oat Milk and Cookies🥛🍪
Bath & Spa Babies
Thursday 11th & Friday 12th
11am up to 5 months
Thursday 18th & Friday 19th
11am 5 - 12 months

These sessions will include an christmas theme oat milk and cookies bath, full body massage, tailored spa treatments, keepsake crafts and photo opportunities. These will be £30 for the 90 minute session with everything you need provided as well as a gift pack to take home 🥰

💜 Monday Baby Massage Week Two 💜

Today we had our tummy massage week. We learnt all about soothing techniques to help ease trapped wind, constipation, colic and reflux. Helping to create that movement in those tummy’s to get things going.
With very relaxed little ones after a soothing tummy massage mums got to enjoy a natter and a hot cuppa.

See all you Monday mums next week for my favourite week as I get to see all those happy smiley faces enjoying a back massage

We will be going on a teddy bears picnic to celebrate Pudsey day 2025!
Please come along in your PJs and bring a cuddly teddy with you 🥰🥰

🍂Monday Baby Massage Week One 🍂

It was the start of Monday Massage sessions today and the last term of the year.
Our small relaxed sessions really help to ease into the world of baby groups. With no rush, baby led and a hot drink and sweet treat at the end, you’ll both be going home feeling relaxed and ready to help with those bed time routines.

Today we started with a lovely little leg and foot massage. A great way to learn all about the benefits of touch and ease into the world of massage

Our preparation messages for tomorrow sessions have all gone out. If you are expecting to join us tomorrow but haven’t received yours, please get in touch

💜🌈 Baby Massage at SweetDreams 🌈💜

Baby Massage uses a series of massage strokes combined with simple reflexology techniques to gently soothe your little one. It is a time to bond and relax with your baby through the power of positive touch.

During the course you will slowly learn how to safely massage your baby. This is the best way as most babies have never experienced massage before coming to a class and it helps them to settle with the feeling of touch as well as getting them comfortable with the change in environment.

SweetDreams Baby Massage Classes are split into 5 sessions over 5 weeks, giving your little one plenty of time to be comfortable and enjoy their massage.
We have separate sessions and classes to help reduce the overstimulation of too much at once. My goal for these classes is for you to leave relaxed and calm together. Oh and there’s no rush out of the door either. So enjoy those cuddles, that cuppa and a treat and have a good natter with other parents.

With the last term of the year starting in a few days, here is our availability
Everything you need for the sessions are provided as well as a some cute added extras too
Monday sessions
Dates 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th November and the 1st December
10am - 2 spaces
11:30am - fully booked
Tuesday sessions
Dates 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th November and the 2nd of December
10am - 3 spaces
11:30am - 1 space

During the sessions you will be taught different massage techniques to help ease any of the following which you may come across in your parenting journey:

💟Constipation
💟Congestion
💟Teething
💟Colic
💟Reflux
💟Tummy time

Each session also has a sensory element too helping you both to ease into the world of sensory play together

Wow, just wow! I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s came along to my little classes these past 2 weeks.
Ive had the absolute best time. I’ve painted 68 little pairs of feet, some a few times over ☺️ helped to get your little ones smiling for those adorable photos and made nearly
75 hot cups of tea/coffee for you to enjoy while having a little natter with other parents.

I’m so sad to be packing it all up for another year butttttt…. Is it ok to talk Christmas now????

Today’s sessions were amazing. Thank you, oh thank you this grateful witch cried!
I had the best time reading you all room on the broom, helping to get your little ones smiling for adorable photos and having the pleasure of painting your little ones tiny toes to create the most precious keepsakes.
