🎄 Christmas at SweetDreams 🎄

With our first week of celebrations done, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s chosen to celebrate their little ones first Christmas with me so far

✨⭐️ Thank you ⭐️✨

You are really appreciated in helping to support this one mama business, it’s been hectic so far and I’m ready for a little rest this weekend but it’s honestly been so amazing.

I do have some odd spaces for next week and I’ll let you know when they are tomorrow.
I can’t wait to welcome you all that’s still to enjoy our relaxed baby led Christmas sessions, but for tonight I’m going to pop my feet up and enjoy a lovely cuppa and an early night 🤣

📔 Storybook Massage and Play 📔
❄️ January term ❄️

Booking is now open for our First storybook massage of the year!

Our Story Massage & Play sessions are gentle, cosy classes designed for little ones who are sitting, crawling or walking - up to 2 years old.

Each session begins with a story massage - A story, familiar book, nursery rhyme or one I've created for the session inspired by the children's interests or the season.

The massage is done over clothing and uses no oils. Just like baby massage, it is completely led by your child, so If your little one isn't in the mood for a massage at that moment, that is absolutely fine. There is no pressure.

After the story and massage your little one can explore a play experience inspired by the book or rhyme. There is also a range of wooden toys, natural resources, loose parts & sensory lights. While they play, I'll pop the kettle on and bring you a drink to enjoy.

The sessions are small, calm and held in our private room inside Studio24 Ayr. A lovely space to connect, play and be together. 🌸

🌿These are bookable via 4 weekly blocks (£35 for the 4 weeks) and will start on Wednesday the 14th January and we will have 2 session times
These are
10am-11am (from sitting to crawling)
11:30am-12:30pm (from crawling up to 2yrs)

🌸 January Term of Baby Massage 🌸

Monday the 12th January
Tuesday the 13th January
Session times are 10am & 11:30am

Our sessions consists of massage, reflexology, sensory play & love

Suitable for baby’s from around 6weeks up to crawling or longer if they love it that much.

During the sessions you will be taught different massage techniques to help ease any of the following which you may come across in your parenting journey:

💟Constipation
💟Congestion
💟Teething
💟Colic
💟Reflux
💟Tummy time

Relaxation to help calm you & your little one🧘‍♀️

With lots of added surprises & cuteness throughout you will have lots of lovely memories from the early days to cherish

🎄 Christmas at SweetDreams🎄

It was our first of the 2 week Christmas sessions today! So many memories made and special moments to cherish forever. We had some adorable picture in our sleigh, painted those adorable toes for the keepsake crafts and enjoyed a snuggly winter wonderful massage.

🎄Preparation Messages🎄

All messages for our first Christmas special sessions tomorrow have been sent out, if you haven’t received one but are expecting to join our classes tomorrow, please let me know.

🎓 🎄 Last Week at SweetDreams 🎄🎓

What a busy amazing week we’ve had. So much so I’m only just managing to get back to having some time to update the socials and get back to messages 🙈

Life hasn’t slowed down but I’m rolling with it 😅

We had our last blocks of the year where we graduated and also went on a teddy bears picnic.
We saw some little ones graduate for their first time and others for a second time. Each bringing those adorable smiles and having the best time making memories.

I’ve then got the room all sorted for us to make those incredible Christmas memories together. With adorable photo opportunities, keepsake crafts and so much more. It will be the most chilled Christmas party in Ayrshire. The perfect place to slow down and cherish those moments together.

I still have spaces for our Monday & Tuesday sessions next week. If you haven’t any plans pop me a message and we can get you booked in

I’ll be hoping to be better over the next few weeks with the socials 🤞🤞

🌘Baby Massage Week Four 🌒

Today we’ve turned the lights down low to allow your little one to fully relax while we give them a soothing chest, arms and hand massage. We will be helping to relieve congestion, help develop hand eye coordination and gave up at our love you to the moon and back 🥰🥰

🐻 Oh Help, oh no, it’s a Gruffalo 🐻

Today at our storybook massage group we went on a stroll through the deep dark woods

We had lots of little ones exploring all the toys we had out and making new friends. We also had a great natter and enjoyed a lovely hot cuppa

🪞Baby Massage Week Three 🪞

What a beautiful week we had 🥰
Enjoying all those reflections, smiles and laughs.
Week three is my favourite as I get to see all those little ones looking at their reflections. This week we learnt all about the back and how amazing a massage can be. It helps to develop those muscles to aid in sitting, looking and exploring while little ones are also getting those important minutes of tummy time.

Another amazing week of massages seeing us halfway through our last term of the year. If you have any pictures you’d like to share please pop them in the comments
