Hypnotherapy is a safe, powerful, psychotherapeutic tool which can be used to manage phobias and unhelpful habits or establish ways of living which improve mental and physical health.

Amanda, our associate therapist, is adding to her already comprehensive qualifications and skill set by completing her Practitioner Diploma in Hypnotherapy.

Appointments are available in Glasgow and Ayr.

Hypnotherapy can help with many issues, some of which are:
Phobias, smoking cessation, weight management, driving anxiety, addictions, anger management, blood pressure management, confidence and self-esteem growth, sleep problems, relationship difficulties, migraine, nightmares, obsessions, panic attacks, stress, depression and anxiety.

The number of sessions for effective treatment varies by condition and person. An approximate guide would be 8-10 sessions for treating depression or anxiety.

Amanda will qualify in the autumn and rates will increase substantially so if you have a phobia to deal with or something you want to manage or change take advantage of the introductory offer!
