Unfortunately I have had to update booking terms & conditions. I have been very lucky regarding no shows or late cancellations 🥰 however this month I am already down £200 in last minute cancellations with only a few hours notice. This does not allow me to fill the appointment. I appreciate all your support and hope you can understand why I have had to put this policy in place to protect my business 💝
