This week I'm away on holiday with family. It's definitely time for rest and rebalancing and what a place to do it!

Apologies in advance as I may post the same loch 500 times 🤩 (wow)
Last night I was surrounded by stillness and stars.
This morning i'm waking up to a coffee with this view absolutely ...unreal 😍 pictures don't even do it justice.
The only sound is the birds going about their business and the occasional bumble bee 🐝 buzzing past. The absolute serenity here has me stunned.

April 1st 🌿

There’s a quiet magic in the air right now…
The Earth is waking up.

Buds are beginning to form on the trees,
the rain gently nourishes the ground,
and the sunshine breaks through just enough to remind us—
growth is already happening, even if we can’t fully see it yet.

Just like nature, we’ve been through a season of stillness.
Of cold, of rest, of survival.

But now… it’s time to thaw.

Time to soften.
Time to stretch towards the light.
Time to face the sun, just like the plants do—
without hesitation, without doubt.

This is your gentle reminder that you’re allowed to begin again.
To make new plans.
To set fresh intentions.
To dream bigger, brighter, and more boldly than before.

Let this season awaken something within you.
Let it call you forward.

You are not the same person you were in winter…
and that’s something to honour 🌱✨

A great Saturday developing working within my own energy field. Thankyou so much to Ayrshire healing center for running this,it was meant to be ❤️

So grateful to be in a space with such wonderful people 🫂

My big grin tells you what an amazing day I’ve just had with this tribe…..deep work, release, realisation, empowerment, awareness, emotion…..all under one roof.

Well done everyone - you answered the call with no hesitation and you came completely ready to do the inner work. Huge love ❤️

Wonderful end to the week with this weeks soundbath🎵✨️
Meditation, Mindfulness, smoke cleansing and sound healing. A busy one this week as both sessions were fully booked out 😊 which i am so grateful for ❤️ thankyou all for coming.

I have been an absolute dafty these passed few weeks, completely forgotten to take pictures 📸 I'm due to write it on my hand so I see it when playing the instruments 🤣 so these will have to do.

*Reminder * There will be No soundbath next week. (3rd April) as I'm on holiday and having a wee rest to come up with more ideas and plans for our sessions 😁

Today was a day for crystal healing.
It was such a gorgeous day full of happy sunshine and spring energy ☀️🌷 By the time I finished there was fog everywhere and it was hard to see the buildings down the street 😳
I got the pleasure of seeing Blue ,beyond bliss fluffy wee shop dog. He was absolutely gorgeous 😍 and such a good boy x
