Soundbaths offer a beautiful opportunity to slow down, relax and reconnect with yourself. The soothing vibrations of the instruments help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and bring the body into a state of deep rest. Many people experience a sense of emotional release, inner peace and renewed energy after a session.

A wee activity to go with tomorrow's Soundbath 🎵
I know I'm a wee bit early as Spring starts late March, however I'm so excited to see the end of winter !! That I'm getting ahead of myself! 🤪
So we will be planting some wildflowers and our manifestations with them. Inviting wonderful things into the months ahead ✨️ Can't wait to see everyone tomorrow 😊

I’d love to take a moment to shine a light on one of my lovely sound bath clients, Calum. 🤍

For many years, Calum has dedicated his time, energy and heart to raising money for MND charities, along with a number of other incredible causes. Through sponsored events and personal challenges, he has raised thousands of pounds to support vital research and provide help to those who need it most.
His commitment, compassion and quiet determination are truly inspiring. It’s such an honour to hold space for people who are doing such meaningful work in the world.
