Tonight I treated myself to some much-needed healing 💆‍♀️ at a beautiful Full Moon Release Ritual 🌕

The cleansing, meditation, cacao ceremony, releasing what no longer serves by the fire pit 🔥 and the soothing sound healing 🎵… every part of it was exactly what my mind, body and energy needed.

I didn’t realise how much tension I’d been carrying until the vibrations moved through me. This year has been a lot, and it felt powerful to let go of the heaviness and step into the upcoming new year feeling lighter and more aligned.

Rachel and Nicky are running more incredible sessions in the new year including a New Moon Manifestation Ritual. Be sure to check out their pages and keep an eye out for upcoming events — you won’t want to miss them ✨
