🌊 Next Yoga & Sauna Session at Dunure 🔥
The first one of 2026 — and I can’t wait.

We’re easing into winter with a slow, grounding yoga flow suitable for every body. If you’ve never tried yoga before, this is the perfect place to begin. No need to be flexible, a certain size, or a certain shape — just come as you are.

This session is all about slowing down, resetting, and reconnecting.

✨ What’s included:
• Slow, seasonal yoga to settle your system
• Optional dip in the sea for the brave- if you have never tried it before I will be there to guide you into the sea
• Time in the beautiful , looking out across the water to Arran
• The benefits of contrast therapy for body and mind
• Salt scrubs and nourishing oils to finish your sauna — you’ll leave glowing
• Warm drinks and snacks to close the session together

This morning’s walk came with a bonus—a stunning super moon lighting up the sky.

This was January’s Wolf Moon—the first supermoon of the year—appearing extra bright and slightly larger because it was so close to Earth. The quiet morning and glowing moon made for a pretty special start to the day 🌕🤍

Also, enjoyed a good stomp and setting the world to right with my friend on such a lovely morning 🥰😄

Wishing you a 2026 filled with calm moments, steady breaths, growth and the inner strength to meet whatever life brings your way. When challenges arise, may they not feel too overwhelming for long, and may you always find pathways through — with support, determination, and with hope.

I hope this year gives you space to pause, to rest, and to take time for self care with compassion and kindness. Let 2026 be a year where you, celebrate your wins (even the tiny ones), honour your limits and remember, that you are enough exactly as you are.

Here’s to releasing perfection, embracing the beautifully imperfect, and stepping into the new year with softness and courage.

Today was a cold, beautiful day, with another stunning sunset 🌅
The sea was so still. Evenings like this encourage me to pause and offer a message of hope.

As we move toward a new year, I’m carrying this feeling with me:
the calm of a fading sky,
the promise tucked inside every ending,
the quiet hope that tomorrow can be softer, brighter, kinder.

Here’s to welcoming the year ahead with an open heart and mind that notices the small, beautiful things and full of hope- for good times, full of happiness, connection and contentment.

Hope you have the most wonderful and calm Christmas Day.

Thank you to everyone who has come along to a class, workshop, or event this year. I’m so grateful for your support. It brings me so much joy to hold space for you — to take care of yourself, to breathe, to move, and to remember that you are worth prioritising.

Step away from the Christmas to-do list, even for a moment. Give yourself permission to pause and do something for yourself.

🌟 Day 23 of Wellness- De-Clutter

As the year draws to a close, take some time to de-clutter. Clearing one small area can help your mind feel lighter.

This doesn’t need to be about clearing out the full house or reaching perfection. It’s about creating a little more space — around you and within you. A drawer. A shelf. A corner of the room. That’s enough.

Let go of what no longer serves you.
Release items you don’t use, love, or need.
Make space for ease, calm, and clarity.

There’s no rush and no pressure to do it all. Decluttering can be slow and intentional. Sometimes, clearing space is the first step to feeling more grounded.

Start small.
Breathe.
