🏳️‍🌈☕️ LGBTQ+ Coffee & Chat - help us shape what’s next!

We’re hosting a relaxed LGBTQ+ Coffee & Chat at The Place, and we’d love for LGBTQ+ people and allies to come along, grab a cuppa, and share their thoughts on an LGBTQ+ group starting at Three Sixty.

This is a chance to chat about what you’d want from the group, what would make it feel welcoming, comfortable, and worth coming along to. No pressure, no right or wrong answers… just real opinions to help us create something that genuinely fits the people it’s for.

🗓 Tuesday 27th January
⏰ 4:30pm – 6:30pm
📍 The Place, 56 Newmarket Street, Ayr

Come along, have a blether, and help us build something great 🏳️‍🌈

🎤 New Year, New Me… New Mic?

Our Open Mic Night is back and we’re starting the year the best way - with music, spoken word, big energy, and a room full of people cheering each other on.

Whether you’re bringing a brand-new performance, trying something for the first time, or turning up to support and soak up the atmosphere, this night is all about fresh starts and good vibes.

No pressure, just a mic, a crowd, and the kind of confidence boost you only get from a proper community night.

We’re so excited to see everyone there, let’s kick off the new year with talent, laughs and a bit of chaos (the good kind)!

Tomorrow at The Place: Friday Plans Sorted!

🍰 Cook, Bake & Blether - 10am - 12pm
A proper Friday favourite - some weeks it’s busy in the kitchen, other weeks it’s more baking, more blethering, and plenty of laughs along the way. No pressure to be a pro… it’s all about good company, warm cuppas and doing something together.

🧍‍♂️ Men’s Group - 1:30pm – 3:30pm
This group changes week to week too, sometimes it’s cuppas and good conversation, sometimes it’s getting creative, sometimes it’s just enjoying the company and having a place to be. No pressure, no expectations, just a relaxed space to connect.

Two groups, two different vibes, same goal: good people, good company, and a space that feels welcoming.

This week at Crafted @ The Place, the group will be exploring Aboriginal art, focusing on dot-style painting techniques and the use of pattern, colour and storytelling through art 🎨

It’s a relaxed, creative session where people can take their time, experiment with different designs, and enjoy the process of creating something meaningful and unique. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to give it a go.

Crafted @ The Place is all about creativity, connection and enjoying hands-on activities in a welcoming space. If you fancy trying something a little different, this is a great group to join!

The Women’s Group has been getting stuck in lately, last week was all about speed painting, getting creative and having fun with colour and ideas. This week, the group is taking a calmer turn with a self-care workshop, focusing on wellbeing, reflection and taking time for themselves.

It’s a supportive, relaxed space to connect, try something new and enjoy a positive afternoon together. We’re really looking forward to seeing what the group gets up to this week!

Last week at Spectrum Collective was all about games, laughs and a bit of friendly competition. This week, the group is switching things up and getting creative by making positivity jars!

They’ll be filling them with encouraging quotes, kind reminders and positive thoughts, something to dip into whenever a little boost is needed. A simple activity, but a powerful one, focused on lifting each other up and creating something meaningful to take away.

Spectrum Collective is a relaxed, welcoming space to connect, create and feel comfortable being yourself. New faces are always welcome, whether you want to join in, take things at your own pace, or just enjoy the space 💚

🌱 Big things start with the groundwork...

David’s been busy down at the allotment getting everything ready for planting season, preparing the soil, planning out beds, and putting the right foundations in place so fruit and veg have the best chance to grow when the time comes.

This stage is all about patience and preparation: tidying, improving the soil, and making sure the space is ready to support healthy plants in the months ahead. It’s practical, hands-on work, done at a steady pace and always better together!

If you enjoy being outdoors, learning as you go, and being part of something that grows over time, the Allotment Group would love to have you along.

Two great evenings coming up at The Place this January!

We’ve got LGBTQ+ Coffee, Cake & Chat on Tuesday 27th January, a relaxed, welcoming space for LGBTQ+ people and allies to come together, share ideas, and chat about what an LGBTQ+ group at Three Sixty could look like.

Then on Wednesday 28th January, it’s time to grab the mic for our Open Mic Night, an evening of music, spoken word and creativity, whether you’re performing, supporting from the crowd, or just soaking up the atmosphere.

Two different nights, two brilliant chances to connect, share, and be part of the community.

David’s been planting garlic to help protect the fruit and veg we’ll be growing later on, keeping pests away and giving everything the best chance to thrive. A small step now that makes a big difference down the line.

If you like learning as you go, getting your hands in the soil, and being part of something that grows over time, the Allotment Group would love to have you along.

Our Story

Three Sixty

Our mission is simple - to improve the mental well-being of our communities, support people to create positive change in their lives, challenge mental health stigma and promote positive mental health.

Our services aim to empower people to gain control over their lives, improve their well-being, increase resilience and move forward.

We do this by offering support in our vibrant Hub @ Strathyre and being active in our community projects with our peer workers. We offer a range of holistic therapies, coaching programmes, skill development programmes, 1:1 and group support.
