🌱 Allotment update, the poly-tunnel is getting busy!

It’s been a few weeks since the garlic went in, and now David’s starting on the next round of planting- beans are officially going in! The poly-tunnel is slowly filling up, things are starting to grow, and it’s that exciting time of year where you can actually see the season taking shape.

Also, David is looking for some wisdom from the gardening pros out there 👀

Our next Soundbath is coming up - Tuesday 3rd March

Our last couple of sessions have been really special. People relaxed deeply, some drifted off and even snored (completely normal!), some felt emotional and let a few tears out. Others released energy in ways that might make you smile and honestly… all of it is welcome.

Soundbaths aren’t about doing anything “right.” They’re about giving your mind and body space to slow down, release, rest and simply be. Whatever shows up for you in the moment is valid, healthy and part of the experience.

We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone back for another calm, grounding session.

🗓️ Tuesday 3rd March
🕧 12:30pm – 1:30pm
📍 The Place, 56 Newmarket Street, Ayr
💷 £10 - everything provided

This week they'll be doing some fun landscape canvasses with acrylic paint before jumping back into the sculpture next week!

If you're wanting to come along, get involved in these unique crafts and try something new, this group is the one for you! Every Thursday 2pm - 4pm at The Place (£2 fee for all equipment , teas, coffees and snacks)

Our Story

Three Sixty

Our mission is simple - to improve the mental well-being of our communities, support people to create positive change in their lives, challenge mental health stigma and promote positive mental health.

Our services aim to empower people to gain control over their lives, improve their well-being, increase resilience and move forward.

We do this by offering support in our vibrant Hub @ Strathyre and being active in our community projects with our peer workers. We offer a range of holistic therapies, coaching programmes, skill development programmes, 1:1 and group support.
